Member, and Acting VP of Finance, has over 30 years of related
telecommunications experience, including CEO of Cable &
Wireless USA, where he ran a profitable company with $1.5
billion in revenue and 2000 employees. His mergers and acquisition
experience includes the purchase of MCI’s Internet business
while at C&W, and more recently, the sale of the assets
of Nx Networks to NSG (prior to joining NSG), and the subsequent
purchase of the assets of Advanced Switching Communications
(ASC). His prior experiences also include launching a prepaid
calling company and an international long distance company. |

Dr.
Graham King, Founder,
President and Chairman of the Board (Ph.D., BSEE, CEng., MIEE)
has over 20 years experience in the data communications industry
at senior management level. In 1981, he was co-founder and
Managing Director of Cybermation Ltd., a U.K.-based engineering
company specializing in software and hardware development
of data communications and data security products. In 1985
Cybermation Ltd. was acquired by Dynatech Corporation, and
he was subsequently moved to the U.S. to become World-Wide
V.P. of Engineering and Chief Technologist. At Dynatech he
was responsible for the development of a new range of high
performance "CPX" X.25 and Frame Relay packet switching
products that generated in excess of $150 million in world-wide
sales. In 1991 he left Dynatech to form Network Services Group
and started the acquisition strategy of the company. |

William “Bill”
Grant, VP of Sales, has over
25 years of sales and management experience with networking
equipment manufacturers. Prior to joining NSGDatacom, Mr.
Grant increased revenues dramatically by developing distribution
and direct sales channels worldwide for Encore Networks, Fastcomm
Communications, Memotec Corporation, and Teltronics. He also
served as President and CEO of Inteletouch. |

Doug
Judd, Director, Operations - over 35 years of experience
in business and technical operations, manufacturing, project
management, quality assurance and engineering. Other industry
experience includes operations and manufacturing positions
at General Electric, Comsat RSI Plexsys, EON Corporation and
Superior Electric. |

Deater, Director of
Finance, posseses over 27 years of accounting experience.
He oversees the company's financial operations, including
accounting controls, coordinating audits and cash management. |

Talbott
Arnold, Director of
Operations, has over 30 years of full-range experience in
operations including all aspects of manufacturing, inventory
control, quality control and management. He is responsible
for scheduling of equipment to be manufactured, tested, and
shipped to support all customer orders. Mr. Arnold was instrumental
in obtaining ISO9002 approval for the company in 1995. He
oversees purchasing, test technicians, and quality control
personnel. |
